The Weeknd has teased that something new is coming this Friday.
Last night (Tuesday 27th March) The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, shared a cryptic post to his Instagram signalling that something new is coming this Friday. The artist uploaded a screenshot to his Instagram of a text conversation which reads: “Should we drop Friday? I’m indifferent to be honest.” See the post below.
The new mysterious message follows a string of previous posts which were all shared with the caption “mastering“.
Many are now speculating that the XO honcho will, in fact, be dropping a new album this week as Friday is the day new music is traditionally released. We will just have to wait and see.
