Radiohead have shared a new music video for their long-lost fan favourite, ‘Lift‘, which was recorded around the time of OK Computer.
The track was among three of the previously unreleased cuts to make it onto the recent 20th-anniversary reissue of their classic OK Computer album, OKNOTOK.
The video sees frontman Thom Yorke take a long and strange elevator ride bumping into a number of weird and wonderful strangers and settings. The video finishes with a twist ending that’ll keep your mind ticking over. Watch the video below.
Directed by Oscar Hudson, the new video for ‘Lift‘ follows visuals for the previously unreleased OKNOTOK tracks, ‘I Promise‘ and ‘Man of War‘. Hudson is also most notably known for creating a vignette for the band’s A Moon Shaped Pool track ‘The Numbers‘ last year.
