Watch the first trailer for tell-all Mötley Crüe biopic, The Dirt

The notorious Mötley Crüe’s story is being told on the silver screen.

The first trailer for The Dirt has debuted, promising a revelatory look at the iconic rocker’s career and the excessive exploits that transpired on the way.

Directed by Jeff Tremaine of Jackass fame, the biopic boasts a stellar cast with Machine Gun Kelly starring as drummer Tommy Lee, Game of Thrones‘ Iwan Rheon as Mick Mars, Daniel Webber as Vince Neil, and Douglas Booth as Nikki Sixx.

The film is based on the best selling tell-all memoir of the same name, The Dirt: Confessions Of The World’s Most Notorious Rock Band, which was co-written by the band and author Neil Strauss.

The Dirt hits cinemas on 22nd March.
