Terms and Conditions
A Music Crowns Author Role is a privilege not to be abused. We offer a discounted subscription rate so you can serve multiple clients and upload content yourself against the Music Crowns Style Guide. As a given, we do not mind you charging your clients for features so long as you remain a subscriber and adhere to the expectations we set from day 1 of this partnership.
Music Crowns Expectations
We offer reputable PR companies, writers and publicists the ability to promote their music artist roster through the Music Crowns website (www.musiccrowns.org) as a monthly subscriber. The billing cycle is monthly and is based on the following pricing system:
£25 per month = 1-5 articles per month
£50 per month = 6-10 articles per month
£100 per month = 11-15 articles per month
£150 per month = unlimited articles per month
NB: Any gross abuse of the number of articles posted on a monthly basis will be chargeable and taken to court under the laws of England and Wales.
Cancellation
Upon cancellation your Music Crowns Author Role will be automatically cancelled. No articles will be permitted to be uploaded if you do not post your quota during the month you paid for. If you intend to cancel a subscription it is advisable to do so at the end of the billing cycle. NB: individual articles are available at a cost of £25 per article. A Music Crowns writer will upload the press release on your behalf.
Non Payment
If your billing cycle arrives and necessary funds are not in place, the system will attempt to take it 4-5 days later. If payment fails a second time your subscription will be cancelled.
Refund Clause
No refunds will be given for authors not using their quota in any given month. The packages state 1-5, 6-10 and so on. If you only use 50% of your quote and initiate a cancellation, no pro rata refund will be issued. In exceptional cases a full refund may be granted if a genuine mistake has been made at the beginning of the cycle. For example, someone who uses zero articles and signed up by accident / as a misunderstanding.
Reactivation Clause
If you wish to reactivate your account you will need to email [email protected] with a written plea. This system has been devised for subscribers who support the large server costs and other running costs of the website. It should not be abused.
Content Featuring Minors
In accordance with our child protection policy, we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken or used without the consent of the child or the parent if the child is under 16.
Music Crowns will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform Music Crowns immediately.
Music Crowns will ensure that all advertising that appears on the same page as content featuring a minor will be deemed appropriate to do so.
