Before David Guetta, Lacca Has Played in The Metaverse. Check Out This Story!

Lacca explores the possibilites of electronic music like few others. A way before David Guetta, Lacca has Played on the ‘metaverse’, meaning GTA. It’s just the truth. Well, 2021 was a busy year for this multifaceted DJ and music producer Lacca, who now reaches audiences in several countries. The DJ producer is confirmed to play in two of the biggest electronic carnival parties in Rio de Janeiro in 2022.

With no time to waste, Lacca has built his highlights of 2021 taking on roles not to “let the machine stop” during the pandemic. From presenter, music producer, event producer and reality show, his sound ended up on one of the most respected labels on the market, Sirup Music by superstar EDX.

Following a busy schedule, Lacca has established himself as a multi-tasking music producer DJ. He’s dedicated to promote electronic culture in Rio de Janeiro and beyond. In July 2021 he joined with Vallent and  pioneered a music production reality show. It’s name was Fenix and presented live the creative process of 14 songs . All planned to become an album. First release was “La Casa Del DJ” – collab of Lacca, Vallent featuring Karina Aguiar – by the record label Vex.distro. Let’s listen?

The Metaverse

Taking all that into consideration Lacca  also has releases on heavy-weight record labels such as SoTrackBoa, Sirup Music, VexDistro and Distraction – just to name a few. Lacca owns the most watched set on the Vex.Distro label channel and even in GTA – yes, the video game – Lacca has played. For this show, a virtual character was created. Watch here:

Again on December 19th 2021, but this time with his new project Joker & Arlequina – alongside DJ RedFoxLacca asked the Three Queens platform to do everything live. Nothing recorded and while they played they could see people on the other side of the computer and ‘feel the audience’, as he comments:

“We actually did a live inside the GTA game on Three Queens platform. It was a unique experience. I had my avatar and I was playing live. I could actually see people having fun in their houses, it was so cool”.

Release on Sirup Music

Even before it was released, Give Love had already joined the set of artists with an international presence, especially the top Swiss DJ EDX, owner of 3 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. On his radio show, NoXcuses, EDX played Give Love on different occasions, including introducing the artists by name. EDX releases his music on the world’s biggest label, Spinnin’ Records and also on his own, no less renowned label, Sirup Music, to which he signs Give Love.

As you can notice, “Give Love” was produced by  Geluk, Lacca and Vallent during the music production reality show “Fenix” in July of 2021. Then, on December 31, Lacca released, through VexDistro, a remix of Green Eyes Taxi, by Oleg Kvasha – the most listened track of the year in GTA, a collab with DJ Vallent.

But the best is yet to come…

Broadcasted Secret Parties

YES. It’s the police of Rio de Janeiro, with an assault rifle, on the video. The unexpected visit arrived as unhappy neighbours called them. No problem. On Youtube, his Psicho Lives Show – created in 2020, has surpassed 1.5 million views. That means 17,800 hours. Lacca says that, for copyright reasons, he later changed his channel to another platform, Twitch, where he has 303 thousand views and 16 thousand hours watched.

Fun Fact: Several episodes have gone viral, but in June 2020 a video particularly caught the eye when the police stopped by to pay a visit due to the loud music on the property. All documented. Watch here
