Dean ‘Midas’ Maynard is well known in the industry for his talent spotting talents and in November, he starts his own brand new unsigned show on Artist Controlled Radio with massive help from Music Crowns.
Dean’s eye for spotting upcoming talent, has earned him the nickname of, “The New Simon Cowell”. His prediction successes include, One Direction, Leona Lewis, Cher Lloyd and the last two winners of Britain’s Got Talent (Ashleigh & Pudsey & Attraction).
His knack for just knowing which acts breakthrough is highly respected in the industry. He has also built up many diverse contacts across the industry, including those within the major music outlets and agencies.
Dean said, “There is so much unsigned talent out there yet to be discovered. This show will give them a platform to be heard and a chance to promote themselves across the airwaves. Who knows where it will lead”
