The hashtag has many Ed Sheeran fans confused.
BBC One radio presenter Greg James started the hashtag #sheeranalbumparty in a nod to the Susan Boyle hashtag, #susanalbumparty, which was used to promote her album in 2012. Her record company used the hilarious hashtag without noticing the implications.

Recently it was revealed that Ed Sheeran will appear on Game of Thrones, although no further details about his character or story have been released.
The singer has also recently collaborated with Kurupt FM for Comic Relief. Part of the sketch has already been released, but the single and full sketch will appear on 24th March.
