Van Norden is a name that’s very familiar in the world of acoustic folk. The Canadian songwriter and lead guitarist of LA-based country roots band SPINdriftr, has collaborated with a string of acoustic artists across Canada and LA. So his recent sporadic move would come as a surprise for those who know him.
The unexpected surprise is the forthcoming track, “Love At First Sight”. Offering almost three-and-half minutes of mainstream-ready EDM/pop with a dash of dubstep, Chicago-based pop singer Natalie Major injects pure feel good factor and edginess to the clubfiller.
“Love At First Sight” is coming from the upcoming EP, which features several alternative and EDM numbers. Norden included a radical version of the track with LA producer and DJ An_Hero as well as producing an accompanied visual, exploring the darker side of love at first love sight.
Norden’s single is set for release on 17th November.
