Within only two summers J Marie has been featured on “BET’s Blaze the Stage”, one the largest festivals, AFRAM, with over 40,000 in attendance, shared numerous stages throughout the Tri-state such as National Mall of Washington DC, Eden’s Lounge and 5 Seasons with some of music’s brightest independent and signed entertainers. She’s moved along in competitions to land her in numerous winner’s circles and recently just shy of appearances on X-Factor, America’s Got Talent, and P Diddy’s Making the Band to name a few. J Marie is knocking on the door of a great career. Her on-stage personality is so engaging that she was approached to consider acting and quickly became the star role in an upcoming South African film entitled “Stay with Me” by Nick Zemura .
