Fast rising London based rapper Littlen launches into Spring with the ‘Short & Sweet’ mixtape – his debut solo long player release.
As one half of UK rap duo Black Biscuit, Littlen has spent the past few years being revered as one of the UK’s most promising musical stars. Alongside group member K’More, Black Biscuit amassed a devoted following across Britian through various nationwide club and school tours. With support from the likes of MTV, BBC 1xtra, Flava TV, Kiss and Choice, their smash singles ‘Who’s Skanking The Hardest’, ‘We’re Fly’, ‘Anonymous’ and ‘Child Of The Street’ proved hugely successful and clocked up over 250,000 views on YouTube collectively.
‘Short & Sweet’ is the debut solo release from Littlen, and sees him deliver 12 of the freshest hip hop cuts you’re likely to hear from this side of the Atlantic in 2012. From the reminiscent overtones of ‘Calling’, featuring Coco, to the boastacious punchline deliveries of ‘London Swag’,Littlen emancipates a range of musical styles, concepts and sounds, tied together by his immaculate flow and boundless energy on the microphone.
