Resonance funk single ‘Mister Policeman’ – out March 24th

This is the new single from Resonance, the stage name of singer-songwriter Radhika Rathinasabapathy. A songwriter who works in various genres, this particular tune is firmly all about the funk.

With a lead guitar and bassline that work together to create the main riffs that run throughout, this is a track that opens with a start and continues throughout with little room for let up. The vocal is clean, as is the drum production, which gives the recording a slightly DIY feel. Recorded by Dave Moore (who works on the sound team for X Factor/BGT and also worked on Bond film Skyfall) and mastered by John Davis (Led Zeppelin, U2, Lana Del Rey, Paloma Faith), this has all the hallmarks of a really professional track, and one which could see Resonance progress to a new level in her musical career.
