Born in Los Angeles, CA, Slim Tailor has been playing guitar for over a decade. His passion to learn this instrument led to him becoming a self taught musician on Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar, Piano, Harmonica, Trumpet, not to mention teaching himself how to sing.
From when he used to practice Tap-Dance as a child to becoming a successful “Jam” Musician who is still striving for his dream of becoming one of the most creative, successful & imaginative Guitarists to Grace Mother Earth like his many idols.
All ranging from Wes Montgomery, Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, Cab Calloway, John Frusciante, Eddie Hazel, Louis Jordan, The Bar-Kays, John Lee Hooker, Joan Jett, D.O.C, Bonnie Raitt, Miles Davis, Sade, Cottonbelly, Dusty Springfield, Ike & Tina Turner, Albert King, John Coltrane & Many Many More.
His roots of music are laid all over but there’s one genre over all the others which he says “..It’s in My Soul”…And that’s the Blues.
