Xygon is a 16 year old musician from Norway. During his early childhood he was very interested in music and started playing many instruments including the ukulele. He started singing and making songs on his guitar when he was 12 but never recorded any of it nor felt that it was good, but still really wanted to make music.
Xygon soon discovered electronic music and instantly loved it, that’s when he knew that he really wanted to get good at making electronic music.
Initially he got his hands on FL studio and used a lot of time learning the basics, starting off by making remakes or recreations of songs that already existed just to get the hang of it.
He didn’t really make any originals, but one day got this idea; this melody and played it in to FL and worked with it from there. The project took a few months of work and a little help from a friend to finish it. The feedback received made him want to make more and more… and here we are today.
From that point Xygon’s “fanbase” is slowly growing he regularly talks to other musicians who are at the same “stage” of development as him.
“I am rapidly learning new things and getting new ideas and inspiration. I think that my music improves quite a bit from a song to the next one, and I won’t stop making it until I am unable to do so.”
