The Smashing Pumpkins have taken on The Cure’s 1992 hit, ‘Friday I’m In Love’.
James Iha took lead vocals on the cover, which was debuted on Wednesday night at a show in Madison, Wisconsin.

It was a busy show for covers, with the group also re-visiting their cover of Depeche Mode‘s ‘Never Let Me Down Again’.
The cover was first released back in 1994 as a B-side on the single release ‘Rocket’ from Siamese Dream.
