Hawaiian ukulele virtuoso Taimane reinvented Dick Dale’s ‘Misirlou’ in an impromptu backstage jam. Accompanied by Caroline Campbell on violin and Leah Metzler on electric cello, Taimane lead the trio through a raw rendition of the surf rock classic – best known for featuring in the Pulp Fiction soundtrack. Watch it here.
Taimane is a true talent and has become known for her covers of classics like ‘Johnny B. Goode’ ‘Elanor Rigby’ and ‘Brown Eyed Girl’. You can see her taking on a piece by Bach here.
