World Goes Round’s debut album is a record that has a near-legendary quality to it. The musicians in the band went on to achieve stunning careers in the music world, performing with some of the most acclaimed musicians in the worlds and writing hits performed by various artists. From Queen, to Chaka Khan and Linda Ronstadt, anything goes! However, back in 1989, the band members had a plan: making a fantastic debut album and take the world by storm with their music! Life had other plans however, and over time, the record was deemed lost.
A cassette was recovered some years ago, prompting the group to contact the original producer and have the album professionally remastered, so that it could finally see the light of day! Following a 2020 digital release, World Goes Round’s eponymous debut album is finally going to be available on vinyl record via Viper Records! The album is loaded with exciting pop-rock songs that have an authentic late 80s feel (Well, it better be, since it was recorded in that era!) and a truly exceptional production quality, highlighting the band’s natural and spontaneous dynamics.
