“Stay inspired, show love to your people,” the late rapper can be heard saying in the clip, which was played over organ music, “I just wanted to say some words of encouragement – y’all stay focused, y’all keep working hard.”

Footage from the service shows a choir breaks out into prayer after his motivational speech ends.

Nipsey Hussle died after being shot multiple times while outside his Marathon Clothing store in Los Angele last week.

The West Coast hip-hop artist, whose real name is Ermias Davidson Asghedom, collaborated with Drake on the track ‘Killer’ in 2009 and appeared on Snoop Dogg’s Malice in Wonderland in 2010.

His debut album, Victory Lap, was released last year and featured appearances from Kendrick Lamar, YG, Diddy, Cee-Lo Green and The-Dream.
