Britain’s Got Talent star arrested over London drug den

The youngest member of popular Britain’s Got Talent dance act Stavros Flatley has been arrested following a police drugs bust.

It is alleged that officers found a cannabis factory worth approximately £56K in the north London flat of Lagi Demetriou, 20, who appeared on the talent show with his father Demetri, in 2009.

Firefighters are reported to have stumbled across a watering system for 460 plants at the property in Enfield, when they were investigating reports of a leak made by the neighbours living in the below flat. Police reportedly arrested the Britain’s Got Talent star when he came to the property.

Lagi and Demetri charmed audiences with their bizarre ‘Greek Riverdance’ routines and it is believed that the son, who was 13 when he appeared on BGT, used the money earned during his time in the spotlight to buy the £295,000 flat. However, it is not believed that he lives in the property.
