Canadian star Emanuel has just dropped his much awaited debut album ‘Alt Therapy’.
The journey of the album first began with the stellar single ‘Need You’, which was famously accompanied by a music video directed by Idris Elba. Emanuel then released his first taster of the project ‘Alt Therapy Session 1: Disillusion’, and then the second EP, ‘Alt Therapy Session 2: Transformation’. Each of those projects represent an essential part of the Canadian-Ehtiopian’s story, as he takes listeners on a special and intimate journey.
‘Alt Therapy’ features five brand new tracks ‘I Need A Doctor’, ‘Detention’, ‘Hindsight’ (featuring Dylan Sinclair) and ‘I Been’, adding some extra dynamism to his already glowing discography.
Hitting over 21 million global streams since his debut, the talent has received far reaching notable support for his musical gift.
Emanuel has been named Apple Music’s New Artist of the Week, one of Amazon Music’s Artists to Watch, a Soundcloud Featured Artist, and a Spotify ‘On The Radar’ Artist. With the achievement of his first JUNO Award nomination for Traditional R&B/Soul Recording of the Year, it is clear to see Emanuel is set for stardom.
