Frank Addai, formerly known as Just Frank, has shared his highly anticipated new single, ‘Feeling You‘.
The glossy new track was produced by Solarium, who has previously worked with Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and more, who blends the perfect amount of club bounce with Addai’s silky infectious vocals. Skittering house-styled percussion laced with ’90s sounding bass stabs creates an air of nostalgia whilst keeping things sounding undeniably fresh. Listen to the sleek new cut below.
“The song stemmed from a simple phone call I had with Solarium, about my desire to create some soulful House music that is R&B melody heavy,” Addai muses about the creation of the song. “I wanted people to vibe to the music, but also appreciate the musical sensibilities. Solarium led on the production and writing on this record, and as soon as I heard the track, I thought it was a banger. I just had to record it and put it out there”.
With further collaborations with Solarium still to come, and the East-London singer’s sophomore EP due for release at the start of 2018, you can expect to hear a lot more from this duo in the coming months.
