South Bay’s pop rocker MEGG combines punk grit with pop in her newest EP, Here For Now. The six track project includes a string of previously released singles including ‘Change,’ ‘Shamoo,’ ‘Summer In The South Bay,’ and ‘Disney Shit’ alongside two additional tracks. The Here For Now EP allows us to jump into MEGG’s world and takes listeners on a whirlwind LA adventure. Capturing the re-emergence of a pop artist after years of soul searching, MEGG’s sophomore project clearly showcases that she can be both pop princess and punk goddess. From MEGG’s ode to P!nk’s ‘M!ssundazstood’ to danceable synth banger and party track ‘I Feel Good,’ MEGG shares This EP is a literal sonic exploration after a 5 year hiatus, taking you through all the ups and downs & the journey of re-discovering myself as an artist.” – MEGG

South Bay born and raised artist, MEGG, bridges the gap between her love for pop music and her Southern California beach punk rock roots – while combining that with her in-your-face, unapologetically goofy and warm personality. With a voice that sounds like the lovechild of P!nk and Bishop Briggs, you can’t help but be captivated by the strength and grit of her vocals and her attention-commanding stage presence.

MEGG has opened for The Used at Musink, performed at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion as well as the Disney Concert Hall, appeared on NBC’s The Voice and was one of five vocalists to come out of the first graduating class of USC’s Popular Music Performance Program.
