Mark Sullivan releases brilliant new single ‘Warm Your Bones’

Mark Sullivan has spent most of his life making music. Born in Hertfordshire, he joined his first band, Gekko, at the age of 15 which allowed him to play an abundance of venues and festivals. In 2013, he decided to focus on his solo career which has given him some fantastic opportunities such as playing at a number of venues including 12 Bar Club and Alleycat Bar and Proud. In 2015, he won Government backed Rock The House which seen him play at the US Ambassador’s residence at Winfield House in London and Houses Of Parliament Guest Rooms.

During his live shows, Sullivan has become known for the use of his loop pedal. He wants to give the impression of a full band despite just being by himself with his guitar. He has played on some incredible stages including at the Isle of Wight Festival. Sullivan has recently been embarking on a tour with Caffe Nero which has seen him play shows in Student Unions throughout England.

In anticipation for his upcoming EP Still Good For Nothing, Sullivan has released his first single ‘Warm Your Bones’. This song is driven by the acoustic guitar and Sullivan’s warm and soulful vocals. The instrumentation is kept simple to allow his voice to shine. He describes the track as being about a man’s perspective of being in love regardless of the relationship’s ups and downs. The single has been released alongside a beautifully shot video by Tusko Pictures.

Still Good For Nothing will be available on 10th March. You can watch his debut single ‘Warm Your Bones’ above.
