Sun Kil Moon streams new album ahead of official release

Sun Kil Moon are now streaming brand new album Common As Light And Love Are Red Valleys Of Blood via their website.

Speaking to The Line Of Best Fit, frontman Mark Kozelek detailed the process of the new album: “Common As Light…, for the most part, captures events from January to August of this year and how I processed it all while travelling.”

To celebrate the release Kozelek has also shared an interview by Conor Oberst which talks about his love of Kendrick Lamar, Donald Trump, travelling, boxing, music, and more. The interview is available to read now on the band’s website.

Common As Light… will follow 2015’s Universal Themes, plus the Sun Kil Moon and Jesu collaborative record, a spoken word charity album, and his covers record.
