Soccer Mommy, aka Sophie Allison, has unveiled her rendition of the Dixie Chicks’ 1998 track, ‘Wide Open Spaces’.

Allison described the choice of song in a statement: “I’m a huge Dixie Chicks fan, I think ‘Wide Open Spaces’ is one of those perfect 90’s alt-country songs.
“It’s relatable to any girl who’s moved away from home and had to start a new life somewhere.”
Soccer Mommy is currently touring North America in support of her debut studio album, Clean, with support from Sasami.
