Brit Soul singer, songwriter and musician Midé comes off a solidifying 2013 which has seen him garner acclaim and support from tastemakers such as SoulCulture, the MOBO Awards, STARK Magazine, SBTV, SingersRoom and MTV Base among others. He kicks off 2014 with the release of “Mr. Sane Man”, an album-cut from his soon-to-be released debut album titled E.G.
Written, arranged and composed by Midé, “Mr. Sane Man” is the latest offering we get to hear from the forthcoming E.G album, and it sees Midé singing to us, and almost to himself, about fighting off inner demons that sometimes try to cripple us as human beings as he urges us to let ourselves go and get on with the business of living.
Filmed at Plus11 Studios in Chelmsford and shot and edited by Chima Nathan, the live rendition sees Midé along with Mike Dunne on guitar, Feranmi Oguns on drums and Krzysztof Syposz on bass, beautifully reprising “Mr. Sane Man” for an exhilarating live rendition that will leave you spellbound.
