Released via his very own self-formed label Fat Fridge, Cardiff-based beatmaker Stagga returns with some “drunken bass heavy club music” in the shape of his latest EP, “Who Ya Gonna Kill”.
The Who Ya Gonna Kill project marks the return of Stagga and showcases his own journey of continual progression since his early days as a UK dubstep scene protégée. The EP sees Stagga head into a more trap-influenced direction, with sounds of dubstep, gime, bass music and hip-hop evident throughout.
Building on his international notoriety, Who Ya Gonna Kill by Stagga clearly demonstrates his selective process, whilst showcasing a signature craft and audio quality. Therefore it’s of no surprise that Stagga has almost reached an impressive 5,000 Soundcloud followers!
Having gained support from the likes of Mary Anne Hobbs, Rusko, RSD, N-type + more already, Stagga remains a notable artist in the post Dubstep era, a producer who firmly plants his unique style on any-given track he chooses to deliver. With notable hip-hop influences set to be heard on Who Ya Gonna Kill, the project is testimony of Stagga’s ability and creativeness.
