Support a good cause with new Tenors of Rock single ‘Brothers In Arms’

Ordinarily I wouldn’t be overly happy about a new release covering one of the greatest songs of all time. Great songs from previous years should mostly be left alone, safe in the knowledge that they can’t be improved upon.

However, with Tenors of Rock’s new version of Dire Strait’s ‘Brothers in Arms’ I’m willing to make an exception – for two good reasons.

Firstly, it’s a decent, respectful cover which knows exactly how great the original is and doesn’t try and upstage it. Instead, this is a reinterpretation with passion and vigour, delivered by a vocal group who have deservedly won fans around the world.

Secondly, it’s been released for a great cause. Available now from https://www.tenorsofrock.com/, all profits from the single are going to support the family of Rugby League player Danny Jones, who tragically died on the pitch in a recent match. He was survived by his wife and young twin daughters, and this single is a fitting way to show support in what must be an awful time for them.
