T-Eazy - Brooklyn

From Brooklyn, NY Tyrell “T-Eazy” Robinson has made a reputation for himself for his charismatic, laid-back, easy-going personality. Growing up in Crown Heights Brooklyn, kids would call him Eazy because he rarely stressed anything. However, don’t get him confused, his easy-going persona shouldn’t be mistaken for lack of drive or ambition. T-Eazy is a committed emcee who is destined for greatness. He fell in love with music at an early age and was introduced to rap by his older brother: doing ad-libs to his brother’s songs. By age 11 he was writing songs for his self and others. He later saved up and bought a karaoke machine with his own money to record his music on blank cassette tapes. By age 14, Eazy was performing live. His first stage performance was in Harlem, NY at a showcase by Dark Fame radio . He battled rapped in high school, joined ciphers, and started building his following. The very first body of work Eazy ever put on CD was entitled “History In The Making.” He pressed up copies of his CD and passed them out to his classmates around school. This was the beginning of the emcee we know now as T-Eazy.

Growing up Eazy’s mother stressed the importance of education and kept a steady job in order to put young Ty in quality schools. Eazy was blessed to attend private school up until 8th grade. Unfortunately, for Eazy his parents seperated when he was age 7. His father left the house. At the age of 14, the seperation of his parents started to take an impact on him. Eazy became problematic in and out of school and was arrested on several occasions. Although Eazy was bouncing from school to school due to his behavior he completed high school at Sheepshead Bay and achieved his high school diploma. Being the smart young man that he is; Eazy went on to attend community college at The Borough of Manhattan Community College and earned his Associates Degree in Business Management. Still with these academic achievements the road was still rocky for Eazy. Arguments with his mother led to a stint of homelessness. Soon T-Eazy found himself living out of bags and sleeping nights over at his friend’s house. At this point in Eazy’s life he came to the realization that life was serious. But his love for music wouldn’t stop and his hardships only made him more committed to the grind to make music a full time career.

T-Eazy’s music covers an array of subject matters. “When i talk its about life, from the night life, to females, make up to break up, real life situations and emotions, work, school, from battling with the balance of stardom and life, to the everyday struggle.

T-Eazy’s video views are over a million in counting. From his videos on Youtube and being featured on blogs such as Worldstarhiphop and VladTv, Eazy’s fanbase continues to grow. Eazy understands how powerful his music is. Music is my craft. “Music is powerful. I want my music to be embraced on different levels and leave a strong impact on people even after I’m well and gone.”

“What I’m spitting real, What I be spitting is true, Crazy cuz I’m spitting me, But still spit it for you, Words floating through my head, I be spitting it heavy g, can’t say I’m sick, Cuz what i spit is a remedy, Go hard with the bars, To make sure you remember me, No one hit wonder, I spit for longevity.”
