BACKGROUND
Axl & Arth are a house/producer duo formed in in the spring of 2015 and consist of producer/DJduo
Alexander Ideberg (Axl) and Tobias Jonnarth (Arth). Since kicking things of they have been
working on a album that is to be finalized later this year. The inspiration comes from everything
from old rock music to the modern day pop and house music. They have taken that inspiration and
created what they believe is a unique and really cool sound wrapped up in quality productions.
Tobias – who opened Logic (the music production program by Apple) for the first time 15 years ago
-has a professional background in music and has previously produced music for established artists
in Sweden. Tobias have been travelling to clubs all over as a DJ.
Alexander got his first guitar as a christmas gift at eight years old and has since lived and bread
music. Not in a professional capacity before Axl & Arth, but as the one big passion and motivator
through out his life. In the winter of 2012 Alex went to see Swedish House Mafia at Friends Arena
i Stockholm. BOOM! Logic was bought the day after and a determined mind and a strong will has
made him a competent producer and song writer in relatively a short period of time.
Tobias comes from the world of Pop music and Alex has his roots in Rock music, though both have
a strong love for house and dance music. Together they form Axl & Arth and their different musical
backgrounds converts into a wide and flexibel understanding of modern day dance music.
Axl & Arth focus on commercial house music, always with a clear and obvious hook. A mix
between soft and hard. Sometimes a harmonic summer tune with deep house vibes and
sometimes a smack in the face rock and roll drop. Without being explicit they try to mix styles to
get a unique sound within the frames of commercial music for the masses.
WHAT MAKES AXL & ARTH STAND OUT?
Set aside that they are both good producers and song writers both Alex and Tobias have a solid
entrepreneurial background. They have the knowledge of building websites and apps in-house.
They have a very good understanding for the commercial and business aspect of things and are
both extremely driven. This all comes into play in forming a strong concept surrounding Axl & Arth
where great music combined with professional packaging makes the whole stand out in a way that
catch the attention and are raising awareness.
