Cardi B deactivates her Instagram following Azealia Banks insults

Cardi B appears to have deactivated her Instagram after addressing a number of insults from Azealia Banks.

Banks recently appeared on The Breakfast Club for an interview where she fired shots at the Invasion Of Privacy rapper.

The conversation of black woman culture,” Banks said, directing the comments towards Cardi. “There was just this really, really, really intelligent conversation going on nationally and then everything just kind of changed and then it was like Cardi B.

I’m just talking about this caricature of a black woman that black women themselves would never be able to get away with,” She added. “Like, if my spelling and grammar was that bad, I’d be cancelled. If Nicki Minaj spelt like that, we would be ragging on her all day.”

Following the insults, Cardi took to her Instagram to share a lengthy post before deactivating her account entirely. Check out the ‘Bodak Yellow‘ artists response below.

Cardi B recently cancelled her remaining tour dates due to her pregnancy. Her highly-anticipated debut album, Invasion Of Privacy, was released last month.
