Marking their first of many releases this year, widely acclaimed duo Medii have just unveiled their latest EP ‘Binary Blue,’ which is set to lead to their debut album ‘What If This Is All Real’ later this year. Comprised of four tracks and featuring vocals from Sally Oh and Ellae, ‘Binary Blue’ is filled with stunning electro-pop music that shouldn’t be missed. Taking hints from multiple genres, Medii are able to combine 80s-influenced drum work, thick basslines and heavenly melodies into a stunning auditory result, and we can’t get enough of it.
“If a single track is like a good movie, then an album is a 14 episode mini-series. Creating an emotional journey over a single track is possible, but only an album can tell the whole story,” explain Medii about their forthcoming album, which will include the tracks on ‘Binary Blue EP.’
Medii kickstarted their career back in 2016 and have built an incredible catalog of originals and remixes since then. Made up of Ari and Adam, Medii have won International Songwriting competitions, amassed over 30 million total streams and collaborated with the likes of Beauz, Kaion, Micah Martin, Holly, and Heather Sommer, with 2022 bound to be the year they take their sound to the mainstage.
