Nigerian music sensation Shaydee has returned with his Wizkid collaboration, ‘Make Sense‘.
The “vibey, feel good record“, as Shaydee describes it himself, is a smooth Afrobeat track that will certainly heat up the dance floors this winter. The infectiously catchy new cut sees that pair team up again for the first time since 2014’s ‘Won Gbo Mi‘. Watch below as the duo reflect the track’s kicked back vibe as they relax by a pool with their guests.
“The video idea is pretty much a fun yet chilled vibe with Wizkid and me hanging with friends while having a good time,” Shaydee told the Fader. “It was my birthday two days before, so it was a birthday do that turned into a music video.”
‘Make Sense‘, which premiered on BBC Radio 1Xtra with Mistajam, marks Shaydee’s first release since signing to 506 Music. The new record, produced by Spax and himself, sees the artist truly raise the bar.
