Harry Styles teases debut solo single with mysterious advert

Harry Styles has just announced his debut solo single via a mysterious advert aired during The Voice over the weekend (25th March).

The dramatic single teaser shows Styles emerging from a dark room, slowly edging open a door being submerged in light. The camera then pans to a close-up shot of the One Direction singer’s face, focusing on his eyes before it cuts. In the background, you can hear a slow piano medley play, possibly music taken from the new single. The final frame simply shows a date (7th April), most likely the release date of the track. Watch the single teaser below.

It’s been reported that Harry Styles has been working with Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid who has stated that Styles new solo material will “blow the socks off the world”.

Harry Styles has since signed to Columbia Records to kick off his solo career. Rob Stringer, CEO of the record label has stated; “We’re close and we’re very excited. We have a record we’re incredibly excited about and it’s not far away from being ready. We obviously want everything to be beautifully done, because we think he’s here to stay. Harry has stepped up with the vision of someone who’s authentic.

Rumour has it that Styles upcoming solo album sounds similar to the likes of David Bowie and Queen.

In recent news, Liam Payne claimed that the now president of the United States, Donald Trump, once kicked them out of his hotel. Read more about that here.
