Teenage singer-songwriter Alfie Sheard has talents far beyond his years. Originally from Rotherham, Sheard had his first taste of the spotlight when some of his YouTube videos went viral. Watch him aged 15 covering Ben E. King’s 1961 classic ‘Stand By Me’ during a busking performance in Doncaster here.

Alfie already achieved a lot in his short career, and since appearing on the Ellen Degeneres show in 2017, his videos have racked up even more views. This year he’s graced some of the UK’s biggest stages and played to thousands of people in venues like the O2 and Manchester arenas.
